No. All services are metadata‑only; we do not access table data, row‑level records, or PII at any time.
Standard delivery is 48 hours from receipt of approved metadata and required exports for most targeted reviews. Cost optimisation engagements may include a 30‑day monitoring trial if selected.
You provide approved metadata exports (instance configs, licence tables, billing/consumption exports, telemetry summaries as relevant), a secure upload channel, and a named technical contact for clarifications.
You receive a concise executive summary, a prioritized remediation plan, an annotated evidence appendix linking findings to metadata sources, a procurement‑ready one‑pager where relevant, and a walkthrough with the delivery team.
One‑time fees are 1.300 € or 1.400 € depending on the service. A 50% prepayment is required to schedule the engagement and the remaining 50% is due on delivery.
